Retro Cake

• Cancellations/Returns can be requested only via email sophie@flour-trip.com

• All cakes are made to order with the utmost care and attention. We will use creative judgement and/or make adjustments where we feel necessary in order to maintain the quality and workmanship of our designs, though also preserve the intention of your envisioned design to the best of our ability.

• If your order has been made following all details given and applied creative flair, no compensation/refund will be given if you have changed your mind or it doesn’t meet your vision. On occasion, changes will be made to make sure colour schemes are balanced and orders are pleasing to the eye.

• Please be advised that we will colour match to the best of our ability, though can not promise a 100% match.

• On occasion, we may change the flavour with little or no notification before pickup/delivery. This is a rare occurrence and would depend on stability, length of transport, weather and other major factors combined. This decision is not made lightly and is only required to prevent inevitable damage to your cake inclusive of cracking/bulging/collapse.

• If a cancellation is needed, it will need to occur 21 days prior to the event date or the full amount is due. 

• No refunds are given unless a cake is returned with at least 90% remaining, and only if proven after testing that there is an issue in terms of flavour/texture. No refunds are given if a customer changed their mind.

• Our products may contain or encounter milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

Pick-up is available from Elderslie, NSW 2570 or from one of our local pop-up store locations. You will be informed of the Elderslie address 1 week prior to collection of your order. 

Delivery to the local area is available at a flat-rate of $15. Suburbs include: Camden, Camden South, Elderslie, Spring Farm, Narellan, Narellan Vale, Mt Annan. Kirkham, Cobbity, Harrington Park

We offer delivery service to majority suburbs within Sydney Metropolitan areas. Delivery fee will be calculated by distance and by size of the cake.
